A larger, fully customized fine art painting capturing the unique poetry of your wedding. Restructuring of geometry in composition for maximum wow factor.

  • Additional studio refinement for developing portraits, re-structuring the geometry/ composition for maximum “wow” factor, and enhancing color throughout

Studio-Refined Scene

Studio refinement in couples’ portraits and attire, clarity and color enhancements added throughout. Ideal for couples who love the refined look but don’t need a larger composition or choreography/ portraits of specific guests. Guests will appear in the scene as they were naturally.

What’s the Difference?

All packages include the Live Painting Experience, while my packages allow you to choose the level of refinement included in your package. 

  • Many weeks of thoughtful composing and refining in the studio create a truly original and museum worthy work of art, choreographed with your choice of loved ones. 

  • A full wedding scene. Adds additional refinement in couples’ portraits only and color enhancements throughout. 

  • Expressive, candid and painterly. Completed primarily on-site with a studio wrap-up session to complete any unfinished areas.

How do I book?

Because I take on a limited number of weddings per year, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your date. A signed contract and 25% deposit are required to reserve your spot.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For the Big Island no travel is required. For the other islands, I need to fly, stay overnight, get a rental car, and pay for airport parking so travel is an additional expense. Oahu $550, other islands $650

  • I take on a limited number of commissions each year to ensure every piece receives the attention it deserves. My pricing reflects the time and craftsmanship involved in each artwork. However, I do offer a 10% Kama’aina discount for full-time Hawaii residents as a gift back to my local community.

  • Oil paints offer depth, richness, and timeless quality that other mediums can’t replicate. While they take longer to dry, the result is a lasting fine art piece.

  • Live Enhanced Paintings will typically ship within 3-4 weeks (oil drying time required).

    Studio-Refined Fine Art Portraits will take 6 weeks due to refinement.

  • Each painting is a handcrafted piece of art. A minor refinement is included to ensure you are happy with the final details, but major revisions or reworking the composition are not offered.

  • Honoring loved ones in paintings is a meaningful touch. Due to the time and detail required, this service is only available in the Studio-Refined Fine Art Portrait tier.
